i would like to find it free online if possible its in ohio.

If you wanna find anything online, it would not be free. For example, I was able to read some of the actual stories about the Watergate scandal of the Washington Post in the 1970s online, but some of them are for a fee.

You have to visit the libraries in your area. But most likely that newspaper is already in microfiche/microfilm, and getting a copy of that means you have to pay a bigger fee than you would normally pay for mere xeroxing.

You might try the library because I know that you can get it for free or like 10 cents a page. You could also try calling the newspaper directly to see if they charge for back copies.

Go to the library in the town that the newspaper was published and ask if they have what you're looking for in their archives or on microfilm.

Try the library. They may only have the microphish.
