It takes me a tad under 2 hours from Downtown Cincy to Downtown Indy (I usually drive the speed limit).
It used to take me exact 2 hours from Clifton (just north of Downtown CIncy) to my girlfriend's (and now wife) house on the northwest side of Indy.

Generally it takes about 2 hours. But you also have to factor in what part of Cincinnati you are driving from; what part of Indianapolis you are driving to; traffic and how fast you will be driving.

I've done this drive a couple times. 1 1/2 hours at the least, two at the most...it's about 100 miles exactly. I-74 is pretty quick and the speed limit is 70...but watch out for those Indiana state troopers...they are everywhere!

I generally allow 2 hours, but that is coming from the NW part of Cincinnati. Its highway all the way, and is an easy, but boring, drive.

It is I-74 not 64. It will take you about 2 to 2/12 hours depending on what part of the city you are coming from and whether or not you hit traffic, construction or what not. Also, it depends on what part of Indy you ar edriving to. I would say 2.5 just to be safe!
