My cousin told me that 1 of my friends (girl) told him that i was cute,funny and cool the thing is i asked this girl out a year ago and she just liked me as a friend do u think i should try again or eventually i'll have a chance???

In reading your other question I wonder if you are both in high school. If so, the mixed messages could be related to what her parent's rules are. Try to ask about that in a way that she is comfortable to respond. Maybe she isn't allowed to date, or isn't allowed out certain times.
If not, let her know you are ready to start dating (in general). That you want to go on a date. But if she balks and talks about friendship, ask her for suggestions on who you should ask. Let her be your wing girl. A Friend would help you get dates if they can, and she may get the hint that she doesn't date you, you will be dating other people. And if you are dating other people, you will have less time to be her friend.
