Sundin for sure. Linden is barely a fourth line player anymore. At least if Sundin won the Cup, he would contribute to the victory. I like Linden, but I'll be surprised if he doesn't retire before the season is over. I'm surprised he's even still in the NHL. He has hung on too long...

Sundin, he's the better player by far, and a cup would be a nice cap to his career.

Linden is past the stage of being an integral part of a team's offense. he is now a bit player who provides leadership in the dressing room (but not so much on the ice).

Linden has never had a season where he averages a point a game, Sundin has done it 9x and has done it over his career.

To me it's a no-brainer. Sundin is a year younger, but so much better at this stage of his career. While Linden is fighting for one year contracts, Sundin has to 're-negotiate down' to help his team.

I see everyone has answered Sundin on your question but you have said Linden. Well i agree with you, one of the major reasons is because i seriously hate the leafs and pretty much everyone on the team, so i say trevor linden

Sundin, for three reasons: I like the Leafs; he's a superior player; and he, unlike Linden, isn't a politician.
