chris rock no doubt man... he does a lot of funny racist jokes, and he has the funniest moment on tv, he was rated #1. bernie mac is funny and all but between them twp chris rock!!!

This depends on what you're asking. If you're asking which of them makes funnier movies, neither one of them makes funny movies in my opinion. If you're asking who's stand up is hilarious, well then there is no comparison, Chris Rock rocks!
