Take your temperature. You are probably running a fever. It's normal to feel cold when you have an elevated temperature. (Sounds backwards but it's true.) If you are feeling achy too, you probably have the flu. Try taking some Advil. It helps for the fever.

If you have a thermometer, take your temperature. It sounds like you have a high fever. If you do not have a thermometer, go to the hospital. It doesn't have to be strep to be an illness or infection.

Maybe you are catching something and a sign of fever is that cold chill that does not go away!

Drink some hot tea or hot chocolate, that may help. Get a heating pad, that might help also.

Honey, you have a fever. Take some Tylenol, get in bed, and you'll sweat it out while you sleep. I hope you get better soon!

the obvious thing to do is see a doctor to rule out anything serious that should be taken care of now and not allowed to get worse and worse.
