Young men use to play the roles of females at plays. I want to know who was the very first actress/female actor to ever have a role in a play??

In Engand they did, but in Europe women had been acting for centuries. The first English actress was Margret Hughes.
We can never know the name of the first actress because it is lost in antiquity. We know the names of some famous early Renaissance Italian actresses but before the Renaissance there were actresses whose names were never recorded.
