Cheese string, isn't that for kids .... LOL
The only stringy cheese I eat is the bits that stretch when grabbing a slab of pizza from the plate.

By peeling it and sharing it with my kitty. My kids like them dipped in crumbs and deep fried, but that is a once in a great while treat.

That is what I do. I hate the newer cheaper sting cheeses that wont let you peel....

well, sometimes I just eat it in bites and sometimes I peel it off in "strings"
