Study a Design, Media or Communiations course (they often cover the same areas, but have different names).

Communications degrees are the BAs of the 21st century. They reason I recommend it to you is that you have options to go into.

Web design
Graphics design
News and journalism
Photo journalism.

Journalism has a lot of opportunity to go out and help people, and combined with photography, can meet your artist and excitement needs. Freelancers and top journalists can earn a lot of money.

But it leaves things open to choose something else.

Firefighting might be hard to get into, but if you really want to do it, then go and do it. There are quite a lot of posts for paramedics and firefighters. Maybe because it sounds exciting. But, it is likely that you might stay at the most 10 years and move on to something else.

If you really want to do something, and are set to achieve it, then it is not so hard. If you want to be a fire fighter, then you will probably become one. But firefighters spend a lot of the day sitting around doing nothing or visiting schools, inspecting buildings for fire safety.

Journalism can be more interesting, especially photo journalism, because you can be sent on assignment to various locations.
