Do you do your part to arouse him. Or do you just think he is suppose to get arouse and want you all the time. Remember a relationship is working at it. sexy lingerie, candles, a shower together, there could be alot of reasons why he can't keep up with you. Maybe you need to turn him on first. make it exciting. Or if you are demanding to have sex well that would be a big turnoff.We are not machines, something has to tickle our inners. Find out what works for both of you. But like I said. Many things can be the problem, you have to communicate to solve this issue in your marriage. there is a answer for it. Don't just jump the gun and go off and committ adultery. That wouldn't be the answer. If you are hot to trot go and get you a toy.

First of all, you can forget the vitamins, candles and all that crud.
You are the one that's probably making the problem worse. Don't get me wrong it probably is HIS hangup but you're not helping the matter by being aggressive.
This guy needs to go slow at his own pace. I can tell that is not good enough for you and you really shouldn't have to be in this position. Compromise is always the best thing...Masturbation is the final straw.

Well if you love him/her, you don't even consider the route of another sexual partner. If you are truly desiring sex much more than they are, then begin to work in experimentation or explore the other places and possibilities for sex. That may spark a renewed interest or desire and help you achieve the goals you have. If not, then go online and buy a few "toys" and try to incorporate those into your joint sexual adventures. You come up with ways to bring him into line with you , role playing , massages , romantic bath's , dinner's home cooked with candles and his favourite food , dvd's , tell him you want to know what he's into what keep's him visually stimulated to want to do it , earlier bed time's so he's not to tired for work the next day, less time on line .
There's a whole load of way's to do this without nagging , whinging , whining about it to him and just causing arguments and tension.

If it's that important to you, do your best to increase his sex drive - make him enjoy sex so much he can't keep his hands off of you.
If that doesn't work - you can always invest in a few adult toys for personal pleasure.

YOU know my sister was having this problem.I suggested she walk 3-5 miles a day.And if the urges were still there let me know. I finally bought her a vibrator from the adult book store. she is a happy camper now.
