Friendship is about TRUST .. personal connection a familiarity. If you don't have that, then you really don't have a friendship.

Most of the time, you find out the hard way. When you least expect it, a friend will show true colors. There were warning signs and I chose to ignore them because a good friend does not judge or accuse or question a friendship. I have learned today and I will never make that mistake again.

Don't let this place change you and who you are. I see the changes so clearly in people here. It is really sad.

Are you just entertainment or a real friend? The truth or test of the matter resides with how much they associate with you during a down period of your life when you are probably somewhat lacking in entertainment value. We all naturaly strive to make our companionship enjoyable, but people who only value us for that - or when we suceed - are not true friends.

Truthfully they are hard to come by... but if you are one of those lucky ones and find a true friend, you should know it. Trust is the main issue if you know you can trust them with your life and the most deepest secrets, then that is a true friend. A true friend will be there for you when you need them, hard times and good times. They are there to listen to all your problems and help you when you need them.

A true friend will remove a splinter from your rear end. Find a wood banister to slide down. If a splinter is not inflicted, repeat the slide. Good Luck!

If I fight with my friend and then we become even better friends after the fight this means our friendship is real. Also a good friend should be frank with me and should be available for me whenever I neen help.

If someone was truly a friend then they would accept you at your worst and you would do the same because human beings don't always have good days and they could rely on you and you on them . You could test by saying something in confidence and see what they do with the information , do they keep to themselves or they do they flaunt it to the general public.

You know friendship is real or not if you can:
-share deep thoughts and secrets with your friend and know you can trust him/her
-know he/she will always be there for you
-open up to him/her
-be yourself with him/her
