Why would you choose a name that you yourself cannot pronounce ... that just doesn't make sense to me.
I hope you are not planning on naming a child this.

The full name is actually Waizer and it is a sur name and I believe of German decent

Well, I can only think of one "ways" myself ... WAYZ (like the word in the question LOL)!
Still, I'm not sure you really CAN choose a name if you "don't really know how to pronounce it." Isn't that a bit like saying "I'm naming her Siobhan because I think it looks pretty/cool/unique (take your pick), but I don't know how to actually say it," so the poor girl ends up being incorrectly called sie-OB-hahn rather than shi-VAWN for her entire life?

hmmmm this is an interesting name: look overseas for the pronounciation. the english could be like "wise" but if you go spanish you could put an accent on the i (WaÃz) and say it "why--ees" (two syllables), or "why--eeth", if you go italian you could say "why--eetz" (like the z in pizza)
or you could look to the germanic route and say it "Vyts", or "vai-itz" or you could go slavic and say "vai-esh" or you could go french and say "oi-isse" (wa-isse).
i persnally think "why-ees" (with the accent) is the sweetest for girl or "vai-itz" for a boy - you didnt say which. good luck xx
