Is this a good double major and minor combo?

I am going for a bachelor of science in business admin., and my emphasis is on Finance, and my second major is in International business and Marketing...I am also planing on minoring in Economics...is this a good combo?

Honestly, not really. It's too saturated in business.

The economy nowadays is getting so specialized that it's not really THAT much more helpful for new employees to know finance, but also have an international business marketing degree equivalency, plus a lot of economics. Either you're a good prospect because you're talented in finance, or you're a good prospect because you're talented in Int'l Business/marketing. Having multiple business majors/minors puts you past the point of diminishing returns. Few jobs really incorporate all those areas in a way that you'd actively use them right out of college. Whatever you need to know beyond your main area of study you'll learn on the job.

Technology turned the industrial economy to a service economy. Now it's turning the service economy into an expertise economy. So become an expert.

If you're absolutely positive you want to do business, distinguish yourself in one area. If you're not absolutely positive, double major in business and psychology, or business and a social science, finance and math, or a foreign language. Something the hell outside of business.
