Technically,Mariah Carey, Her Range can literally go off the piano that's why she is in the guiness book of world records for hitting the highest note by a human ,the note is called a G#7.

Celine Dion is much more talented, and has a larger range of notes that she can sing. Mariah Carey's singing range(and talent) is somewhat limited compared to Celine Dion's. Plus, Celine Dion never had to dress or dance like a pole dancer to sell records.

If you are talking about beauty, Mariah Carey. But if you are talking about Talent, Celine Dion. Her voice is incredible, I love all her songs and albums, French or English. Celine is the Best!!!!!

I guess Celine Dion..just because of that song in Titanic. Not because I actually LIKE the song, but because I like the movie, so I guess it's kind of a plus in her general direction, compared to nothing in Mimoo's direction.
