I think the hole Ronnie Brown , jesse chatman thing is a bunch of bull. Ronnie has started 3 years and been more productive than Cadillac and Cedric Benson. Chatman has never seen action in his life during the regular season. Im a dolphins fan and i think Ronnie will bounch back from all this negative stuff and have one of the best seasons he's ever had. Please write and tell me what you think...

Brown is too injury proned to be considered an every down back and workhorse like some of the elite RB's in the league. Cameron is going to pound his RB into the dirt, that is his system. He needs a RB that can hit the holes and take the wear and tear of carrying the ball 350 times a year. Brown can't do that. Also, behind that line, he is going to have to hit the holes faster because they won't be there for long. He is too slow to see the holes develop and burst through them. I say that Brown is a good back on a RBC, but as a lone starter, he is a dud.

I'd take an injured Cadillac over that slow wagon brown any day.

Brown is horrible. Not a game breaker at all in any fashion.

Not even a good banger inside like Deuce, Jackson or L.J.

He is a complete waste of a 1st rd pick. He would not be starting if he wasn't a 1st rounder....and you know this.

He has zero vision and if he has to shuffle his feet...he's may as well just lay down on the ground and play dead.

There is a reason people STILL wanted rickey back in MIA..there is a reason EVERYONE blamed rickey for you guys having a horrible season. Ronnie was still there.....

You will not find a football player, or athlete in general for that matter, who (I believe) is as likeable as Ronnie Brown is. That said, he has alot to prove yet. I don't like what the other answerer's are saying because he hasn't had the time necessary to show exactly what he can do under different circumstances. Can he handle 350+ carries a year? He can't stay healthy?...You can ask these questions of any NFL running back at any given time in their career can't you? In 4 years I think we will look back at his stats and say "241 carries for 1008 yards and 5 TDs....that aint a bad sophomore slump, is it?"

Ronnie had a good rookie season in 2005. In 2006 he entered as the starter, but broke his hand. Just how good he is depends on him being able to start a full 16 game season.
