which is better? seeling candy bars(for 1.00 each) selling Soap opera clippings on Ebay,(9 bags) or having a garage sale? The money goes to my Super Soap Weekend Ticket(Which is 50.00)

Have a garage sale. Go through all your stuff and sell everything you don't want. You can get it all overwith in 2 days. Ask around and see if anyone has anything to donate.
Collect aluminum cans from restaurants and take them to the recycling center - newspapers too. THey pay cash.
You could still sell the candy to make extra pocket change for your trip.

i'd say garage sale. you can def. make more than 41.00 off that though. candy bars would work too i guess. i don't know about the soap clippings though... that's kinda odd to me.
