i was supposed to have my period on the 24th of august and i didnt get it. Now its september 4th and i still dont have it but i gor some brown discharge just a bit, what does this mean ?

it is a very good sign that ur pregnant, when discharge is brown that means its old blood thats been there for a while, so it probably formed at the time of ur missed period and being that ur egg is fertalized it did not flush out the egg leaving u with only a little blood, if its a goo dthing for you congrats!!

Have you tested for pregnancy? If you're not pregnant, then it's possible that you simply missed a period (due to stress or other) it happens. The brown discharge is possibly some old blood coming out from the period that didn't occur. If you have had any pains in around that region (like sharp or dull pains) maybe you should see a doctor. I personally discovered some cysts on my ovaries when I had pain and weird periods. Good luck, don't stress.

Could be from a variety of things. It's too late for implantation bleeding, but you could be pregnant if you've skipped a period. Take a test..

i had that for the first time in my entire life right after i found out i was pregnant, i don't know what it is though. i thought i was miscarrying, but didn't and will have baby boy on thursday!!!

That's how I knew and I now have a strapping 17 year old boy.
