I'm 4weeks 6days pregnant went in today because of some brownish discharge and lite pinkish bleeding had an ultrasound done and all they saw was a gestational sac. They did the blood test today and have to go back in 48hrs. My doctor has me worried because she said i should see a fetal pole by now is this true? Please help i'm worried sick.

Really early ultrasounds are highly inaccurate.

Usually around 5 or 5 1/2 weeks from what I've read. I wouldn't worry about it yet..

I WENT TO MY DOCTOR BECASUE OF SPOTTING AT 7 WEEKS.... AND HE WAS SUPRISED THAT WE SAW A FETAL POLE AND A HEART BEAT ALREADY... BUT THE FETAL POLE MEASURED PERFECTLY FOR MY DUE DATE.....
