James A. Michener wrote a superb variety of traditionally based fiction novels. He could take a geographic section, start up his tale very early in time, and then persist with one or 2 families in the time of the generations as much as popular situations. The works that i've got study have been relaxing, ordinary reads with a superb variety of historic info and examples of standard human beings living for the period of those sessions. I fairly enjoyed "Hawaii" and "Poland".
