Improve your core strength (mid-section area). Power pitchers have incredibly strong trunks and legs as this is where the speed is generated. The strongest arm in the world cant overcome the power from the leg drive and mid-section. After that you can add a couple miles an hour with improved mechanics. But most important for you to remember....using a hard fast ball is referred as a thrower...pitching is an art and you need to learn 3 good pitches and Location,Location,Location. It makes no difference how hard you throw if you cant hit the target.

really...there is no way to do it other than practicing mechanics. What i did to ge tmy speed up from 78 to 90 over like 2 years was:
work out , but not to get big, to get stronger; play catch alot, stretch focus on mechanics, and i actually played football as a quarter back now and then. Once you've played with a football trying to hit moving targets for a while, you'll probably feel good with a baseball throwing to a stationary catcher.

Mechanics, mechanics, mechanics... keep moving while you are going to throw, make sure your wind up is smooth, and make sure you have the right grip on the ball and that you throw with your wrist and not your arm. In your windup dont stop or pause because that takes off a lot because you lost your momentum. Keep up your momentum.

you need to use your body to whip your arm like a sling shot by rotating your hipsand letting your arm drag then bringing it through like a whip not using your arm strength
