i have this dress and im wearing just some plain black pointy toe pumps about 3- 31/2 inches do i have to wear stockings

You never have to wear stockings, but why wouldn't you. you wear makeup, heels and a dress, and your legs are 40% ofyour body and nothing look more glamorous in heels than legs with sheer stockings.
I hate pantyhose, but when I discovered wtockings I wear them all the time, and never got so many compliments on my legs.

Depends on where you are going.
Church - yes
Wedding - yes, at least at the ceremony
Funeral - yes
Meeting a President, Queen, etc. - yes
Everything else - not necessary

NO! It is a pretty casual dress so I dont think you would have to...unless your legs are really bad that is! lol

if it is a proper ocassion yes, like a church, funeral, wedding, prom ect. anything else, i would say no. unless your are worried that your legs are ugly. i would suggest leggings for that.
