Well, Philly-all that comes to mind is that those words are the criteria for writing a news story,usually put within the first and 2nd paragraphs-it isn't done anymore. really have to hunt to find out what is going on.

I used it to teach our adult bible study class to use them as a way to study chapters in the bible at the beginning of each book of the bible and it is a great help. I know this is not the type of answer you were loooking for but it is what came into my mind.
