try other things first. 1. take a warm bath. 2. put an ice pack on your head. 3. (i know this sounds crazy but it has worked on my migraines) you will need help since you're pregnant but if you can do a head stand WITH HELP FROM SOMEONE) with a pillow and up against a wall for a couple of minutes it has always helped me when i am desperate for releif. and 4. i always get my husband to squeeze my head, the pressure seems to relieve the headache.
if all else fails you can take tylenol but it's best to use as little as possible thruout your pregnancy.

You can take tylenol and chase it with a soda. THe caffeine makes it work better. I haven't had any caffeine my entire pregnancy but I have some saved up in the fridge just in case I get a monster headache like that.

regular tylonal is perfectly safe. also a cool cloth over your eyes may help. If you can double check your blood pressure since if it's fluctuating it can definately cause a bad headache.
