well i'm not saying that ciggerates should be illegal, but they can be as addicting as illegal drugs, so i don't see why one drug (if you can call ciggerates drugs) is legal, and another's not...

Any type of smoking... And alcohol... Large quantities of caffine... All drugs, really, except medication.
