If they picked up product from you two weeks ago, and now they're going out of business, you can collect in court. No one makes a quick decision to go out of business. Go to their business and ask for the money or the product back. If they don't have either, go to the court house, fill out the papers, and have them served THAT DAY if possible.

Police Department. Go in and show them the invoice, say it's unpaid, explain the situation and ask for an escort to the place to collect your monies owed.

You could try calling him and asking but legally, no, there is nothing that you can do. May I suggest that next time you run a credit check to avoid going through your loss. Or deal C.O.D. If they file bankruptcy, you can file your invoice against that claim.
