Te gusta montar en el monopatin. with a period means "You like to ride on a skateboard." Adding a reverse question mark at the beginning of the sentence and a question mark at the end will makes it "Do you like to ride on a skateboard?"
Oh, yeah I don't have Sra. Curry...You probably go to a different school. My Spanish teacher is Mr. Mercado if you wanted to know....-.-
