help-i fiddled with my browser settings--?

well i did it i messed with my browser settings or something and now i cant see my norton bar or my yahoo toolbar--and when i go to the tools menu they arent selectable anymore they are just ghosts(i can see them but i cant select them-what do i do ?

You may have just locked your toolbars.
