LGBT Folks: Are there forms of sexual expression that you think should be outlawed or indicate mental illness?

For a very long time, homosexual expressions were outlawed or led to psychiatric treatment. This has changed or is changing around the globe.

However, are there are some forms of sexual expression that should still remain against the law (subject to fine or imprisonment) or that indicate someone is mentally unstable?

Please explain your answer.

Pederasty: adult with underage kids.

This is a problem heterosexuals have. 90% of all child molestation happens between an older adult male and a younger female.

Of course any kind of sex that involves abuse.

Specifically gay kinds of sex? I can't think of any... as long as they are between consenting adults in the privacy of their own homes.

Necrophelia...it's true you're not hurting anyone, but I feel like you're desecrating a body that should already be at rest or cremated or something. The only exception I can think of is if the family some how gave permission? Or for some reason the person left it in the will for being okay...I dunno.

Beastialiy, I'm an animal lover, and while it's possible the animals may want it or some how initiated the action, I feel like in most cases it's animal abuse and perhaps rape. Sexual activity espcially with the smaller animals can cause a lot of damage to them too...

Pedophelia, anything sexual between a person much older than that of the not legal child/teen. It can mess a child up so much emotionally and psychologically and children are so impressionable and it could cause serious mental (and of course physical) damage.

They're all essentially consent and damage issues/

As long as you're not hurting anything or anybody--physically, mentally or emotionally--and whoever is doing it with you is a willing participant(s), I'd say "no," and that goes for the entire spectrum from heterosexual to homosexual and all bus stops in between. Who are you, or I or anyone for that matter to determine what is right or wrong between consenting adults? I would have to say that engaging in a sexual act that WILL ultimately result in one's own death might be considered a sign that something's not quite right upstairs. But I also think that's probably considered suicide. And you can only do it once so after that, it's a moot point.

Pedophilia is more previlant in those of us that are straight than in the LGBT community, try watching Dateline: To Catch a Predator some time on MSNBC and by the way it is outlawed but depending on what the pedophile did online like show himself which for your information happens to be a felony when exposing yourself on line to a minor.

Everything is relative. There are no absolutes. And the more we learn about the human mind, the more things we see as normal and understandable in the given context.

I know what you're after, and I know I stand against the LGBT community, but when it comes to blanket, unforgiving laws, I'm opposed. One man's nightmare is another man's vision.
