The world doesn't hate Americans. Some people just get tired
of us thinking that we have the right to stick our noses in places & things that don't concern us. America doesn't rule the world, but certain Americans, seem to act as though we do, without any consideration for the domino effect it has on it's citizens & the rest of the world.
Also many of our citizens do not behave in a genteel or refined manner. Some of our people are just plain loud, rude & obnoxious. Some of us behave disrespectfully to others from different cultures & backgrounds.
Some of us have not been taught how to behave in a mannerly fashion or if we were we have forgotten our proper manners.
It also doesn't help when we have scandalous celebrities constantly causing sensational headlines & news stories because of the clothes they aren't wearing.
The rest of the world judges Americans on what they see & hear in the news. They do not know us on an individual basis, just as we do not know them individually. People base their opinions on others by the things that make headlines & the news stories put out by the media.
We cannot force the rest of the world & it's people to love us.
We have to earn their love if that is what you want.
We can only change the way they see us by concentrating on our own behavior & how we treat & behave toward others.
We have to earn their respect, love & admiration if we want it. It may take a long time to regain the rest of the worlds approval. We need to reflect wisdom in our choices. We need to be especially wise in our political choices.
Our next choice for president could make us or break us on the world stage. We must all tread wisely & responsibly & examine all of our options carefully.

How many foreign countries have you been to? I have lived in England, France, Japan, Australia, Canada, Korea and Egypt.
I think many people are disappointed with how we use our political and financial power, but in general, I don't think we are hated. If the whole world hated Americans, there would be no Al Qaeda, it would be the whole world attacking us.
Please, don't let the reports on American television influence how you feel about your own government or the rest of the world. They only tell you what they want you to know, which is seldom the whole story, and even less often the truth.

You may not beleive this but America was number ONE at business, military, commerce. We taught the world how to do business and how to have pride in your work. That's why so many people wanted to come here before WWI. But after WWII,we've become this fat lazy society because guess what? The world was listening to us and learned quickly. Now we are struggling to keep up.
That's why foreign companies are buying up the U.S. peice by peice.

I don't think they hate us, maybe they don't understand us, and our ways, I refuse to believe the world hates us. Some of us, hate ourselves. That could be the problem. Have a good evening.

I think it's our government which is greedy and based almost exclusively on corporate wishes. The US has a lot of work to do in the field of diplomacy.

cause were "oblivious" to the things around us, we get involved in the wars, and were stupid rich idiots. but thats a stereotype. for the most part. the statistics do go against us, but there are brilliant, wonderful people in america that prove the stereotypes wrong. we need to start changing that image tho...
