How do you reboot a xp?

How do you reboot a windows xp laptop :)
I just want it rebooting I can do the rest myself.

I mean, reprogram it. Not restart I know how to do that.

click "start" then click "turn off computer" then click "restart".

Click on start or the windows button on your keyboard, then click turn off computer and then click restart.
