I'm not understanding what you are asking.

1. If you want a DS emulator, look at NO$GBA. If you want a GBA emulator, you can use NO$GBA as well, or you can use VisualBoy Advance. You can download these from:

2. The DS doesn't need a GBA emulator, as it already has support for GBA built-in.
