Had a problem with paper feeding crooked. Manufacturer sent 2 replacements. All did the same. I gave up on it.
Problem, as I saw it, was that the paper guide was not high enough to keep the paper straight. Bent a piece of metal into a 90 degree angle and clipped it to the top of the paper tray. This held the paper straight and it worked for over a year - until the light which indicated a paper jam would not turn off - even though there was no jam.

First, fan the paper, then tap it on the table top so all ends are even. Put it into the paper tray. Look at the guide on the left bottom. Is it long enough to hold the paper straight? Try this, get your document ready to print, click File, Print - before you hit Return, gently let one hand lean against the paper to hold it straight. With the other, press Return. See if you can guide it in.

You might want to go to the support page of the manufacturer. Check the FAQs. See if they have a community forum for other users of the same printer. I'm sure others are having the same problem.
