Well I live in a place that gets pretty hot in the summer and pretty cold in the winter... That's not an easy one, because when it's hot i wish for the cold and when it's cold I wish for the hot.... But I think I'd rather be extremely cold, you can put more on then you can take off!!!

Extremely cold. When you're cold, you can just put on layers and warm up. But when you are extremely hot, not matter what you do, there is no real relief from the heat, it's just HOT!

I would rather be cold. You can always find ways to warm yourself up. You can put on warmer or extra layer of clothes, cover yourself with blankets, jackets. However when your hot it's kind of hard to cool yourself down unless you are in A/C. I also get in a bad mood if it is too hot and I go somewhere like the Taste of Chicago or something.
I'm from Chicago The Windy City. So we can have the coldest of winters, and the hot excruciating summers. Experience, winters are easier to cope with than hot weather for me.
