St. John's College's method is probably the most unusual I have ever heard of. They don't have majors--every undergraduate earns a bachelor of liberal arts, based on a core curriculum that emphasizes reading and discussing classical literature.

My school, Colorado College, is a little strange too. We don't have semesters: we use a schedule called the Block Plan, in which we take one class at a time for three and a half weeks. It works well for me, although my friends from other schools think it's weird. ;)

you could always go to an on-line school, such as university of phoenix. but if you take a look at every college everyone of them offer something different. just keep you mind open because even if an university looks the same on the outside they might be offering a class or degree that is suited toward your unique style.
