No. all they care about is your degree. It does matter if you want to pursue further degrees such as Masters or PhD.
These days, Bachelors is like getting a High school degree. I would advice for you to keep good grades and to go for your Masters.

As an employer I tend to look at your work experience and volunteer experience before looking at your education. I have had alot of people who have the academic knowledge to perform the job, but do not have the practical experience in the field.
If you tell me you received your undergraduate degree then my presumption is you are able to work at a level of understanding that you got while attaining your degree.
During your interview most of the information gathered can usually, tell me if your grades were good, bad or average.

Most employers will request a transcript from your university, so they will see your grades.
The answer is that it depends on how selective the employer can afford to be. If you want the top job in your field, grades will be quite important, as it's a major basis of comparison for singling people out.
The difference between a 3.8 and a 4.0 is usually less important than how well a person interviews and how good of a fit she or he might be for the particular job. But the difference between a 4.0 and a 2.0 is quite huge, and would speak loudly.

Your college grades matter is you want ot go to graduate school.
Some employers do care about grades. Some large investment banks, like Goldman Sachs, only recruit students from top schools who also have top grades.
For entry level positions, many employers ask about grades. For jobs that are not entry level, they rarely ask about grades and care more about work experience.
