What is the best state to live in overall?

Im looking for a good state to live in with good schools, culturally diverse, and a good place to raise a biracial child.

Minnesota - very physically active state, excellent education, excellent racial relations, conservative politics.

I've lived in a few places in my 53 years, and I love where I've been for the last 6 years- outside of Nashville TN. It has so much stuff happening- history, culture, nature- everything you could want, plus 4 distinct seasons, but none too severe. My bi-racial granddaughter lives with me and we have never encountered a problem.
