I need you.
I can see when people in my life are busy and stressed out and have too much going on, but I just need a hug....or a place to unload for a second... and I have a hard time saying "I need you"- even though I know- no matter how busy tired stressed I am- I will always say "I'm all yours!"

I Need Help! It's OK for me to help other people and they're supposed to be ok with receiving help but I have an extremely hard time excepting help. It always feels like my heart is being ripped out! I'm working on it.

Same as you. I have a huge difficulty admitting I need help and asking for it. It makes me feel weak and incompetent(like a loser) I put way too much pressure on myself that I don't put on others,to be perfect and be a wonder woman,though I know I'm far from...oh well- I do my best and thats all any of us can do. =D

I hate you.
no matter how mad I have ever been at any one person at a given time, I just cannot ever get mad enough to bring myself to tell someone that.
although for some people it is quite easy.
