Ez go has a oil screen that is reusable after cleaning it.You can find it on the driver side of the block.it looks like a triangle piece of flat metal with three bolts holding it in place.Club car takes the Mazda miatta filter at walmart.Both brands have drain plugs at the bottom of the engine

Same way you change the oil on anything else. Drain the Oil, replace the filter if it has one, and refill with new oil. Any small engine like that won't take much.

What engine, two cycle no oil change, 4 cycle, one cylinder or more there will be a drain plug somewhere, should be obvious.
