If you mean an agency, ANY legitimate agency will not take ONE PENNY from you until you get a paid job through them, and then I believe they would take about 10% of what you get paid. Don't deal with ANYONE who charges you for ANYTHING up front. If you mean an acting class, which I suggest first, they could cost from $50.00 to $300.00 a month or so. Ask to sit in on a class or two first to see if if it's for you. Do it for fun before money though. One hundred to 1,000 people may be up for the same roles as you. Have fun but don't expect to make a lot, if any money at it. Only a choice few lucky people become major stars no matter how good you are.

New York Gal missed this one a mile. There are plenty of good talent agencies in NC. Talent Trek Agency and The Brock Agency are worth looking into. But are you ready to apply to an agency? Don't waste your time and make a serious mistake that could spoil your chances. Click on my name and read my profile and write me at my aol address and I will explain how to do it correctly to give yourself the best chance for representation.

Your question was previoulsy posted.
There are not any agencies in North Carolina.

Look for the next closest city to where you live.
