I am using a laptop with Vista.
I've tried to change the amount of idle time before it comes on, and that doesn't help either. Right now it's on one minute but still no luck. I just can't figure out what's wrong! Please help! Thanks!

Hi. This usually means that a program is keeping the PC from timing out the screensaver timer. Use 'Task manager' to see what is running in the background and eliminate those you do not need. Once you find it, use 'msconfig' to stop it from loading. Search on 'msconfig' to see how it works.

change your screen saver maybe you dont have one at all. if you do take it to Fry's or call the place where you got the comp from they should be able to help you.

I hope I helped you. =D Thank You For asking.
