Cactus (Arizona) & Grapefuit (Florida)
The Cactus league is smaller, but they build new staduims to get florida teams and soon the Grapefruit will only have 2 more teams than the Cactus, once the Dodgers and Indians move to Goodyear.

I think you're looking for Grapefruit. But you are forgetting that there is spring training in Arizona called the Cactus League.
