Mix some sugar with water to make like a grainy homemade scrub type of texture. Take a little on your fingers and massage it on your lips just like you would do with a face scrub. Then wash it off. It leaves your lips really soft.

I love everysingle lipgloss at Victoria's Secret and at The Body Shop and at Bath and Body Works. They all are really pretty. Bath and Body Works also has some really nice chapsticks that work really well to heal chapped or dry lips and they come in different colors so it looks like lipgloss.
Good Luck : )

Mash 1 or 2 raspberries, mix w/ 1 tsp. honey & 1-2 tblsp. of aloe vera gel. Apply to your lips & leave on for 3-5 minutes. Gently wipe off w/ a moist face towel. Apply lip balm or petroleum jelly to seal in the moisture & keep your lips soft.

Refrigerate any leftovers to use the next day.

The raspberries will stain your lips. The seeds from the berries will help slough off loose skin. The honey & aloe will moisturize them.

You can also apply petroleum jelly & brush your lips with an old toothbrush lightly to remove flaky skin.

My favorite lip gloss - Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss.

Favorite lip balm = Aquaphor Healing Ointment.

Vaseline and a toothbrush.

Rub the vaseline on and scrub.
