"You're an idiot. Michigan will still win the Big Ten and if the right things happen we are not completely out of the championship picture. "

Philly what the he** are you talking about? What kind of RIGHT things are gonna happen to put you back in the championship picture. You are not even in the top 25 anymore. Seriously, I'm not bashing the Wolverines, but they were just completely overrated this year. Whether it was Carr's fault or lack of player talent, who knows? The reality is that its not Michigans year. But don't take it so hard, I doubt it's my Longhorns year, either. :)

Give Michigan three good wins and they'll be a top 20 team again at 3-1..watch. Wisconsin doesn't play Michigan until a later in the season...enough time for Michigan to get their rank back up. With Wisconsin playing Penn, OSU, and Michigan..all will be ranked when we play them, I'm pretty sure of that...Wisconsin can definitely play for the championship but we'll need teams like Cal to beat USC for us to move up. I'm not worried about WVU...they're bound to lose at some point, they seem to every year...My point is...the Big Ten isn't 100% screwed yet....YET...

Michigan and Ohio State were an embarrassment to the Big Ten last year. The Buckeyes game last week wasn't impressive either. I hope that this isn't what Big Ten fans have to look foreword to this year

People are not giving Appalacian State enough credit. They are two time National Champions of their division and frankly, after watching them play, I was very impressed with their quickness and athletic ability. I don't think that game was a fluke. They played very well and may have beaten any number of A1 teams. Michigan clearly underestimated them to their detriment.

Whatever this may mean for the Big10 this year, at least we'll always have more decent teams than the Crap10, whose decent teams are...um.....oh yeah, USC. At least this year Cal is looking good as well. Maybe they'll even beat USC. That would make me very, very happy.

I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Too bad their (Michigan's) season is already over after just 1 week.

BTW - I saw a car this morning with a App State Alumni license plate frame. I'll bet that driver was grinning form ear to ear.

I did enjoy the finish, but I would hardly call it "punishing" Michigan.
