I believe that sometimes I would probably get into less trouble if I just shut up. However, I don't believe that is true for everyone - people do get falsely accused all of the time.

Exactly, you don't have to use your verbal ability to necessarily encounter or attract problems/trouble. Actions alone can have a lot more to do with creating problems for a person than can verbal communication. Any one with the sense of a clam should realize this...For those who object to stating the opposite.

..you must know w h e n to keep your mouth shut, so you don't get in trouble. Like when you really need to say something that you weren't supposed to say...like a secret or something mean...But I don't think you'd say something mean...
