Your opinion on "dirty dancing"?

is just good harmless fun? or completely degrading, inappropriate? does it really mean anything, like does it mean you like the person?

when i say dirty dancing i mean like a girl on a guy, like dancing on/with him, you pretty much know what i mean.

Any dance is an expression. What is expressed by dirty dancing?
It boils down to the question, are you expessing your real desires or is it a play, like a theater act, not for real. By this token, it can mean a lot, or it can mean nothing. As long as you understand what it is for you, and as long as the guy understands the same thing - you're OK.
Personally, I never liked it, neither how it looks, nor how it feels. It's too primitive. Too much room for "misunderstandings" as well.

Why do we have to copy everything MTV does? Dancing should be done on a dancefloor they have other places that are appropriate for making out.

Honestly, I think it's good harmless fun. As long as you're not dancing in a skirt that lets your butt cheeks hang out or a shirt that really shows your chest I think it's perfectly fine. I go to dances and me and my guy friends really go at it but it doesn't mean anything. I'm a Christian, I'm a virgin. I don't drink. I don't do drugs. But get me out on that dance floor and wow you really would never guess!

There's certain dancing in which there is close physical contact. Could be hip hop, salsa, reagetton, etc. but there are certain boundaries. If you are straight up humping on a guy that is no way called dancing.
