Has anybody had bad experience with Bank of America?

I've tried several branches and they have rude tellers and mgrs. They start to help me while looking over my shoulder to count how many are in line to be waited on. They never look at me and speak and I feel like I'm interupting their day.

Yes, I'm trying to get my dad's estate settled and I can't wait till it's done. I'll take the money that's left and put it at my bank. I have no choice to leave it at BOA till it's settled. I will not bank there any more.

A long time back , they took a deposit for a check of about $200 and gave me back $10 cash .
Later my checks were bouncing and I found out the teller had stamped the check as cashed and pocketed the difference .
I was young and had no idea that thieves would work the teller job , so I had not asked for a receipt .

I switched to Wells Fargo the following day and have not had a problem in 30 years .

I guess that gangster heritage never leaves B of A . .
Sad . . .

I had never had an account at a bank longer than a year without getting mad at the bank, before I went to BofA. I've been at BofA over 6 years and have never any problems.

Every company has a few bad employees. If you're not happy there, ask your friends and find out which banks in your area are best.
