I agree with whoever said that the entire Weasley family was under rated in the magical community. And as a mom I particularily liked Molly. All those children she raised and there was still love in her heart for Harry and Hermione.

Of course, I believe that, besides Neville, she was the most underrated character in the series. From some comments I believe that too many people somehow thought that she was not skilled. They neglected to realize that she was a part of the Order of the Phoenix and had fought against Voldemort and his Death Eaters before and survived.
