Money is not the problem -- greed, jealousy, and envy are the problem. (Jealousy and envy are not the same; one can be very envious of another, without being jealous)

Money is not the enemy, it's just plain old GREED. People don't know how to care for it, spend it wisely, and put it to good use. Money can actually be a GREAT thing if it's used for the right reasons, and for success. But so many people think of money as "a way out" or just a thing, but really, it's not. It can determine a lifestyle and lots of other things about a person. What someone's wealth seems to say a lot about people...so people are greedy with it, just so they can look good when they walk down the street.

While money may indeed be a reason for war and crime, consider in your calculations that domestic violence, for example, is very common (in fact, it is the most common cause of injury among women), but very rarely money-driven. In a similar vein, there were societies (pre-Columbian America comes to mind) that did not invent money, but had plenty of war nevertheless.
As to "the industrial revolution causing all the **** in the air and damage to the environment", it pays to mention that because of the industrial revolution and related advances in food production, sanitation, and healthcare, life expectancy has more than doubled despite "the **** in the air". However bad "the **** in the air" may be, it's not nearly as bad as tuberculosis, malaria, or smallpox.
And, by the way, money does not equal wealth. Wealth is the ownership of goods and services...

No... The Government is the problem, it has all the power in the world to change the way money is distributed. Instead of finding ways to better handle it, like making taxes fair,....etc... they'd rather get our country in further debt. That's the government for ya rich white men keeping other white men rich and making the average working class and poor class even more broke.

Money's not the problem -- the problem is addiction to "power" and "gain". Mankind's individual and collective ego is the problem, and each of is the solution. In a society of peaceful, loving people, money would be a resource for good. A society of people led by their egos will start wars even if money does not exist.

The worship of the god MAMMON is the problem.
The LOVE of money is the root of all evil.
But MONEY is only the tool. POWER is the ultimate goal. The power to control your fellow man is at the heart of the issue.
From the first caveman who picked up a rock to kill another, we have always struggled with this issue.
That is the basic concept. Power over others. Control of others.
