I was thinking it would be all numbers so it would just be the plane of the graph because no matter what you put in you get 0 = 0 which is true. Is this right?

You are correct--no matter which (x, y) you choose, 0x + 0y = 0 is true.

Since every point on the plane satisfies your equation, then the graph of the equation is the entire plane. (That is, if you were to graph the equation, you would shade the entire plane.)

it would look like nothing. is this a joke? if you have nothing to put in their is nothing on the line. also 0y is just like saying nothing 0x is just like saying nothing. 0=0 is just like saying nothing.
