The Strasosphere is old and ghetto.....At The Bellagio there is Picasso's, they are real expensive or The Palms at The N9ne Steak House....What hotel are you staying at? I am sure they have a nice upscale romantic restaurant.
OR this might sound a but nicer....you can take her on a Gondolla Ride at the Venician and pop the question there.
I hope this helps....have a wonderful trip and Congratulations!!!

Top of the World at Stratosphere spins around in an hour and is an awesome view, but the food is terrible and too expensive, so I would avoid that. The FAMOUS proposing place is at the top of the Eiffel tower at Paris. They have a special table that has the best view of all, is the most romantic. I'd vote for that one. Call and reserve that table if you can.

I recommend going to Olives restaurant at the Bellagio, and sitting out on the porch outside. You will overlook the lake and be treated to the beautiful fountain shows every 15 minutes. The food is excellent, the service good and the setting very romantic and beautiful.

The most romantic restaurant is Joel Rubuchon at the MGM Grand. He is an extremely famous chef and this is his only US restaurant. If you let the restaurant know that you will be proposing they have a very special dessert that they prepare for the ring. Good luck!

Eiffel Tower is a good one, but even better as far as food & service but still a great view is Alise in the Palms.....aslo Michael's at the Barbary Coast(it used to be anyway, but i think it moved) is THE most incredible restaurant overall! I do like watching the fountain show at Bellagio from Prime, as well as the atmosphere at Hugo's Cellar. Good Luck!

You should go to the Paiza at the Venetian. Only certain people are allowed into the the restaurant (VIP). It's on the highest floor. There aren't many people at the restaurant because most people are not allowed to enter. The place is very secluded, but it is also very romantic. You can see the whole Strip.

My husband and I had dinner at Daniel Boulud's inside the Wynn on our last wedding anniversary. We sat on the balcony and it was very romantic. On the balcony you get to watch the show on the mountain top of the Wynn they have every hour I believe. The food is great and I had a great time as well, not to mention I felt very spoiled by my hubby.

Jesus, there are so many good restuarants here dude.
How about Morton's Steakhouse on Paradise and Trop I think it is. Or Ruth Criss steak house (overpriced if you ask me).
if you want a busy place with great food then I would suggest "The Outback" upstairs above Casino Royale on a Friday or Saturday night when the place is packed. Great location, great food, nice prices and solid wood to plant that knee on.
Good luck with your lady.

There is a bar/restaurant in the Wynn. It over looks a beautiful lake w/ beautiful waterfalls, and is surrounded by lots of greens and flowers. And is outside, so evening would be perfect.
